Laser Safe Vinyl

I have heard about something that seems like vinyl but is not.

Laser safe vinyl. I just wanted to check is this safe to use on the laser. If it is laser safe it is not truly vinyl. The lino is not the vinyl type there is no plastic involve. This results in a safer work environment and a stable laser efficiency and longer life span for the laser.
