The beall three buff system consists of three types of buffing wheels mounted on a single mandrel between centers making it easy to use any of the three buffs without having to mount or dismount the buffing wheel. The beall wood buff kit is a complete finishing system that utilizes buffs and compounds designed specifically to give wood a fast but spectacular finish. Sand the work through 220 or 320 grit then apply a coat of penetrating oil finish and let dry. I was able to use the three stepped beall system to put a wonderful sheen on the handle which was finished using two applications of tung oil and topped with a two coats of 1 lb clear shellac.
I like the results but feel my initial configuration was a mistake.
