Are masterforce tools any good. Masterforce 20v brushless drill geared for greater bit range. I bought a high rpm masterforce 120 volt 38ths drill 2 years ago to mix tapeing and textureing compound with for sheetrock because i wore my makita out. I have several masterforce tools im sorry to say and some of them broke under normal use. You have to look for certain things.
Ive had bad luck with power tools from menards other private label lines performax and tool shop. Now my local menards is renovating its selection and clearancing a lot of other brands just to replace them with a lot of masterforce versions. That particular band saw is also a rikon and a few other companies. There are lots of good masterforce tools ive found.
Never tried their masterforce tools. I have the craftsman version you linked to and so far its been a good saw. But they changed vendors for some reason. The screwdrivers and sockets are mostly made in the usa.
Alwaysnlooked at them as cheap imitations. The levels were made by stabila for a while and were a good deal. Milwaukee tools are right in there with the best and are the best. Ive found some masterforce trowels and concrete tools are also made in the usa.
Today were looking at the shootout performance of the masterforce 20v brushless drill in our epic 50 drill shootoutthe brand comes to us as a menards exclusive built by chervon and joining the ranks of kobalt 24v max and skil 12v20v cordless tools. I have used a few minutes screw tips and bis when they did not ot have what i needed in a name brand they did not reallymleave an impression on me as to whether they were good mm or bad. I dont buy any tools at menards unless it is bosch. Probably come from the same factory in chinagood enough for occasional normal use but not for frequent or heavy duty use.
